Co-Founder, Combat Wounded Coalition
Erica was a military spouse and is mother of three. She grew up in Louisville, Kentucky where she attended Spalding University and the University of Louisville. Erica's life was changed the day that her husband was severely wounded and she became a caregiver. Wounded Wear was created from the needs that Jay and Erica saw and lived through. There was no road map after Jay was wounded. Jay and Erica created Wounded Wear to pass on the information that they learned and continue to learn so they can make a difference for the men and women that come down this road. Erica has founded and operated many small businesses. Running a non-profit with a retail arm and advocating for Wounded Warriors and Gold Star families was something she never imagined.
